Our October Water Color Journal class with Elizabeth Merriman was a total delight!
Some of the class members carpooled from Cave Junction,
Merlin and Grants Pass. A fun idea to get friends together and craft. Elizabeth is relocating to California, but we will continue
to have watercolor, pen and ink classes with our new instructor Hebert Veitenhans . Hebert has a wealth of art information
about color theory, composition, and design. He tailors his encouraging teaching style to benefit whatever level his students
are at. His classes will be of special interest to beginners.

This month, Lupe taught a class on making Party
Piñatas. We now carry the crepe paper for them. Wouldn’t some child (of any age) just love to have a handcrafted
piñata at a birthday/graduation party? Even adults would appreciate one. If you don’t have the time to make one yourself….
Lupe is very imaginative and can create a specialized one for your favorite person! We have a sample of her art hanging in
the store.
