American Craft’s Thickers are in. These are vinyl dimensional alphabet stickers that can go on cell phones, c-d cases, paper and vinyl objects and hand washable coffee cups.
8.5 x 11 and 8 x 8 D- ring albums are in. These have heavy, durable chipboard covers that are partially covered. You add your own paper and embellishments to the other section for a uniquely yours style. Each album includes ten page protectors. We have ordered additional page protectors in the 8 x 8 size. There are also corduroy covered albums with a little cut out window for your embellishing.

We have a huge assortment of paper, fabric, and vellum flowers in all colors including black and brown for accents .to decorate your pages and paper crafts with, from your favorite companies: Petaloo, Bo-Bunny, Heide Grace, and Bazzil. The flowers will lay flat on your pages and not add bulk.


ART DEPARTMENT-
If you are new to drawing and painting, you may be interested in painting or drawing along with Jane Seymour using her starter kits. We also have the Liquitex Classic, and basic Paint It! kits. We continue to add to our instruction workshops:-drawing, painting, jewelry making and of course, our ever popular basic scrap booking drop- in on Thursday nights. Personalized attention for two hours, bring your photos and prepare to have fun!
We now carry Gator board which is great to use as a durable stretcher board for water colors.

Suze Weinberg (artist of Utee fame) has designed Hot Wax Art for Kandi Corp. This technique consists of using pure, natural bees wax pigments in cube shapes, with a hot wax stylus tool. Tool tips are interchangeable in calligraphy, brush, and flat ends to manipulate the wax with. Encaustic is an ancient art that has been updated. It is a fun way to experiment with on home decor, paper, and fabric craft projects.
We will be going to the NAMTA trade show in Reno, Nevada at the end of the month to shop for four days for the latest artist’s materials.



JEWELRY DEPT
Our bead section now includes seed beads, focal beads, and strands of faceted beads. If jewelry making isn’t your thing, you can wire seed beads and twist them into words and names to decorate pages with.
We also have beaded fringe by the yard with pearls and mother of pearl pieces. These would look nice on books, or even on your self as a necklace.

We carry jewelry tools -pliers, magnifying lenses, lights ( its amazing how confusing some colors can get in regular indoor light!) crimpers, cutters, beading boards, bead cases, and more.
