Norm Rossignol
Bio

Norm Rossignol has been painting watercolors since the early 1980’s. He began painting here in the Rogue Valley in 2002. He has presented demonstrations at various shows and functions throughout the area. He is also a current member of: Rogue Gallery, Southern Oregon Society of Artists (V.P.), co-founder of the Plein Airiest Society of Southern Oregon PASSO and founder of the Rogue Review Artist Group in 2003.

Please sign up early. Must be 18 or older. A class will be started when we have 4 or more students, maximum of 6. A material list will be provided to the pre-paid registered student. Students should have most listed supplies by the 2nd. Class.

Students who graduate from the Basics Class will have the opportunity to move into the Intermediate skill level class.
